Kyla Tanaka, ASLA, PLA
Kyla is co-owner and principal of Studio Wild Landscape Architecture. Kyla approaches every project with energy, practicality, creativity, and a commitment to the well-being of the people and the natural systems that will share the space. With 20 years experience as a landscape architect, her work includes affordable and market-rate multi-family housing, corporate campuses, city parks and playgrounds, elderly care facilities, child care facilities, transitional housing for the formerly incarcerated, and extensive work on green schoolyards in the public and private sectors. She received her Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
